Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both clients and practitioners. Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance (or by the preceding Friday for weekend appointments) to avoid fees. Cancellation fees, typically 25% to 100% of the appointment cost, may apply for late cancellations. Refunds, if applicable, will deduct the cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full appointment cost with no refund. We understand emergencies and aim to accommodate them. To reschedule, do so within the cancellation timeframe.
